Job summary

Silverado Frederick is a memory care leader that values dignity, compassion, and teamwork. We are seeking dedicated caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and related conditions. This part-time role offers paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

You will work the NOC shift, contribute to a safe and engaging environment, and document care activities for our nursing team. Strong English communication and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communication in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Schedule: Part Time, NOC shift, Rotating schedule: Week 1 - Tuesday and Saturday, Week 2 - Sunday and Friday

Anticipated pay range

$18 — $22 USD
