Job summary

Rydal Park, a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical Center team. With lower staff-to-resident ratios, CNAs can provide high-quality care and support residents’ independence.

On-call and per-diem CNAs are also welcome. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour based on experience, with evening/NOC and weekend shift differentials adding up to $2 more per hour. Must be PA-certified CNA.

Qualifications

• Active PA CNA certification.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Description

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Medical Center team! With new, lower staff-to-resident ratios, Rydal Park CNAs have a manageable workload and can focus on high-quality care!

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation by providing exemplary care across basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment for providing resident care.

We are also looking for on-call and per-diem CNAs to join our team!

Pay range: $19 - 21 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience.

Shift Differentials: $1 per hour shift differential for evening & NOC and weekend shifts! Stack your shift differentials and make $2 additional per hour!

Must be a certified Pennsylvania CNA.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
• New grads are welcome!
