Job summary

Spring Mill Pointe, a HumanGood community in Lafayette Hill, PA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver person-directed care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents to maximize independence in a safe, respectful environment.

This full-time evening shift (3 pm–11 pm) includes every-other-weekend rotation; CPR certification is preferred, CNA experience or new grads welcome. HumanGood offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities.   • Pay Rate: $19-21 per hour
  • Full-time: 3 pm - 11 pm - Must be available for every other weekend rotation

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• CPR Certification
