Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant certification from the state.
• Active CNA license with state-approved training.
• Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the daily shift report and communicate urgent needs to the next shift.
• Follow policies and procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with resident care including housekeeping, laundry, and social needs with proper lifting.
• Assist with serving meals and basic cleanup.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts clearly and accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to supervisor.
