Job summary

Seasons Medical Center in Rexburg, Idaho seeks a part-time Admitting Clerk to enter admission information into the Cerner system and greet patients with a high level of professionalism. This role serves as the clinic’s first point of contact for Madisonhealth and requires accuracy and strong interpersonal skills.

The position offers a Three Days a Week schedule with Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm; prior Admitting/PBX and Cerner experience are preferred, along with solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Previous Admitting/PBX experience preferred.
• Cerner experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Proven integrity, respect, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and route to appropriate service.
• Enter admission data into Cerner Patient Accounting System.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism as the first point of contact.
