Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge at the high school level.
• Experience as an IU Dining/IU Catering part-time employee for 10 consecutive weeks or comparable experience outside IU Dining/IU Catering.
• Food Safety Training within 180 days from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise part-time staff during shifts and coordinate staff placement.
• Train entry-level staff and ensure sanitation, serving methods and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance and assist with event operations, POS opening/closing and cash handling.
• Assist with inventory counting and resolving guest or client concerns to maintain satisfaction.
