Qualifications

• 2 years directly related experience
• Must be over 18 years old
• Pass gaming background check
• Pass general background check
• Pass Indian Child Welfare background check

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines
• Develops and maintains documentation — files, logs, records, reports
• Ensures confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
• Communicates via radio per division and position protocols
• Responds to security breaches and conducts internal/external patrols
• Prepares daily and weekly reports
• Supports training and development of assigned staff
• Interviews and selects job candidates
• Ensures staff stays in assigned areas
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies
• Resolves minor employee concerns
• Ensures audits and reports are accurate and timely
• May act as Manager on Duty in absence of the manager
