Job summary

Chickasaw Nation is seeking a Part Time Surveillance Officer for the WinStar Surveillance Unit 1 to help ensure the safety of tribal assets. You will monitor gaming areas, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional environment on site.

Essential duties include operating CCTV equipment, conducting incident reporting, and adhering to all policies. Training is required, with emphasis on accuracy, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Pass gaming background check and Blackjack Test with 70+.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service to internal and external customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Complete all required training and participate in continuing education opportunities.

We are currently looking for aPart Time 38 Surveillance Officer, Card Gamesto join our WinStar Surveillance Unit 1 team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working.

Summary

Ensures the safety of tribal assets through constant observation of all assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
• Prepares incident reports to establish video evidence and perform frequent audits to protect the Chickasaw Nation’s employees and assets
• Updates and reviews current list of barred and banned individuals ensuring strict compliance
• Operates a closed-circuit television system to monitor gaming and money-handling activity to ensure proper procedures are followed
