Job summary

Chickasaw Nation is seeking a security guard to monitor and protect our facilities and guests. You will provide first-class customer service, respond to inquiries, and participate in ongoing training to maintain safety and security standards.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, and assist with incident reporting, while adhering to all policies, dress codes, and state regulations. This role requires reliability, confidentiality, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with security procedures and customer service preferred.
• Ability to pass gaming and general background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers and responds to inquiries with professionalism.
• Completes training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities.
• Works collaboratively to support safety and productivity of the work area and customers.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment.
• Maintains professionalism and punctuality in schedule adherence.
• Follows Chickasaw Nation dress code standards and department policies.
• Develops and maintains documentation such as files, logs, records, and reports.
• Communicates via radio and coordinates with team members and management.
• Guard facility entrances, escort patrons, and monitor drop team and money carts when assigned to gaming facility.
• Responds to security breaches and conducts internal and external patrols.
