Church’s Chicken in Moreno Valley is seeking a Team Member to provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service with a focus on high food quality and safety. The role supports a positive guest experience and strong teamwork at the restaurant level.

The position is part-time/variable hour, non-exempt, with opportunities to contribute to operations, suggest improvements, and maintain a professional appearance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Food Handler Certification may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to travel to the assigned restaurant location.
• Ability to stand and walk for 95–100% of the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
• Maintains high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Explains menu items accurately to guests.
• Uses the POS system to record orders and receive payments.
