Job summary

Church's Chicken in Riverside, CA is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while maintaining high food quality and cleanliness. This role is part-time and non-exempt, requiring the ability to stand and move around the dining area for a significant portion of shifts.

Team Members help create a welcoming environment, communicate effectively with guests and coworkers, and support operations with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Food Handler Certification may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to travel to the assigned restaurant location.
• Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds, such as supplies or product cases.

Responsibilities

• Delivers effective results in quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation.
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Explains menu items accurately to guests.
• Records orders and collects payments using POS system.
• Follows proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.

• Makes recommendations to enhance restaurant operations.
• Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
