ALDI in Fall River, MA is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers. As a cashier, you’ll provide friendly checkout service; as a stocker, you’ll keep shelves stocked and organized to ensure a great shopping experience.

The role offers part-time hours (less than 30/week) with a starting wage of $20.50 per hour and scheduled increases through Year 5. Candidates must be 18+ and able to work early shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Models and follows customer service principles; escalates concerns to management as needed.
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency and loss prevention goals.
• Complies with company policies and processes; maintains safe working environment.
• Maintains store zones and merchandising standards; adheres to inventory procedures and product handling.
• Performs general cleaning to company standards.
• Uses POS system to scan purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and opens additional lanes for efficiency.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stocks shelves and displays according to planograms; early start required (5:00am).
