ALDI in Brockton, MA is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to provide friendly checkout service and maintain organized shelves. Positions offer less than 30 hours per week with starting wages at $20.50 per hour and scheduled increases in year 2 through year 5.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, processing purchases, stocking displays, following merchandising plans, and supporting store management in efficiency and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and handheld devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Cashier duties: process purchases, follow POS procedures, assist curbside pickup.
• Stocker duties: stock shelves, follow merchandising plans, maintain clean shelves.
• Support store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Maintain safety and ergonomics, identify hazards, and keep equipment in good condition.
