ALDI Providence, RI is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to deliver friendly, efficient checkout service and maintain stocked shelves. This role supports store operations and contributes to a great customer experience.

Position Type: Part-Time with fewer than 30 hours per week; Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour, with scheduled increases (Year 2: $20.00, Year 3: $20.50, Year 4: $20.50, Year 5: $21.50). Must be at least 18, HS diploma preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work with or without accommodation.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cashier duties include scanning items, processing purchases with the POS, and handling checkout concerns.
• Stocker duties include stocking shelves and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and safety goals.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
• Maintain store zones and comply with inventory procedures.
• Perform general cleaning to company standards.
