Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and balers.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Cashier responsibilities: Properly utilizes the POS system to scan purchases and report errors.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes as required.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
• Stocker responsibilities: Stock shelves and displays neatly following planograms.
• Stockers must be able to arrive to work as early as 5:00am.
