• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service and help customers after service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted documents for service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for next day’s service appointments.
• Input additional service requests.

Hours:

Flexible Schedule
We are seeking candidates with availability Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
