Fred Beans Ford of West Chester is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our customer service team. This role requires friendly, professional phone manners and strong administrative skills as you support service and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
• Input of additional service requests

Schedule:

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Every other Friday:4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Every other Saturday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
