Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies seeks a store associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with customers, maintain a clean, organized store, and follow all procedures. You may be cross-trained across departments to support business needs.

Ideal candidates possess excellent customer service, flexible scheduling, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changes. Lifting heavy objects may be required.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
