Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and organized store environment.
Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
Initiates store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and safety.
Supports store shrink reduction goals and participates in safety awareness.
