Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and check-stand efficiently and courteously.
• Scan grocery orders and correctly identify departments/modifiers.
• Bag items per customer requests and maintain bagging efficiency.
• Count cash drawer before shift and maintain accountability.
• Process payments according to company policy and void procedures.
• Identify produce items and input correct lookup codes.
• Enforce store policies on shoplifting and purchases.
• Greet and thank customers to provide high standards of service.
• Assist with general housekeeping and stocking front-end areas.
