Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, greet customers, handle checkout, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The CSR will manage cash, assist with food/beverage stations, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and reliability, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced fuel-retail setting. Prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and provide friendly, efficient service at checkout.
• Operate POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations and follow safety rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility and report hazards.
• Assist with car wash operations if applicable and follow shift duties.
