Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, cashier, maintain presentation, and ensure food and beverage quality. You will provide a welcoming, efficient experience for every guest and handle transactions accurately at the POS.

You will also assist with stock, merchandising, safety, and compliance, helping create a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally to create a welcoming environment.
• Deliver friendly, accurate service at checkout and manage transactions.
• Follow the Four Steps of Customer Service to achieve high satisfaction and Mystery Shop scores.
• Inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
• Represent the company with professional appearance and conduct.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising accuracy and cleanliness.
• Operate POS system for all transactions and handle refunds per policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures.
