Lowes Foods is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Guest Service Clerk to supervise the checkout area and provide our guests with fast, friendly service. You will handle cash-related tasks, maintain front-end operations, and support management in daily store functions.

The role requires strong math, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and supervise team members as needed. 18+ and computer literacy are essential.

Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
Ability to read and understand information and direction.
Knowledge of front end operations.
Ability to supervise people including training and development.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Effective communication and guest service skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
Ability to work well with computers.

Mansioni

Supervise checkout to ensure fast, pleasant guest service and consistent execution of standards.
Prepare weekly cash report and documentation.
Maintain sales information and process invoices and transfers.
Manage cash office security and cashier tills responsibilities.
Monitor and adjust daily front-end schedules to maintain service levels.
Process guest orders and handle other duties as assigned by management.
