The role involves processing payment exceptions in SAP and High Radius AR, applying credit card payments, and posting AR journal entries with refunds as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with SAP, a 4-year degree in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and lockbox post processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits related to Cash Applications and AR.
• Ability to communicate clearly via phone, email and in person.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payment exceptions in SAP and High Radius Accounts Receivable system.
• Apply Non-POS customer credit card payments accurately.
• Review and post Accounts Receivable journal entries; issue customer refunds as submitted by financial personnel.
• Review SAP workflow system requests and ensure compliance with General Instructions.
• Clear vendor product certificates against posted customer deductions; clear customer account postings for Tax on Cash Discount as directed.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing improvements.
