You will work with SAP and High Radius, handle refunds as needed, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and timely communication with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and lockbox post processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Understanding of debits and credits as related to Cash Application and AR.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication via phone, email, in person.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payment exceptions in SAP and High Radius AR system.
• Apply non-POS customer credit card payments accurately.
• Post AR journal entries and issue refunds as submitted by finance personnel.
• Process SAP workflow requests and ensure compliance with General Instructions.
• Clear vendor product certificates against postings; clear postings for Tax on Cash Discount.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing improvements.
