Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan, primarily in clients' homes. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities while helping clients engage with community opportunities to achieve personal goals outside their home environment.

Both full- and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. Weekly pay is offered, and the interview process is conducted virtually to streamline onboarding.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients and help with skill-building activities.
• Encourage and assist recipients to participate in community activities to grow personal goals.
• Work in clients' homes and in community settings to support daily living goals.
