Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking compassionate caregivers to support one-on-one with recipients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and accompany clients to community activities to promote independence.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Full and part-time positions are available, and candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and skill-building exercises.
• Help clients participate in community activities to meet personal goals.
