ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one support in the homes of recipients across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients access community resources to enhance personal goals.

Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and able to follow care plans with strong communication skills. Prior background checks will be conducted, and a valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation to

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes to support and encourage goal attainment.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks as needed.
• Support recipients in community activities to promote independence and social engagement.
• Follow detailed care plans and report progress to supervisors.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
