Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support and assist with daily activities, encourage progress on personal goals, and help clients engage with the community to enhance independence.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in recipients' homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities to support goals.

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
