Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across our Southeast Michigan service area. You will help with daily activities, support skill building, and accompany recipients to community activities to grow their personal goals outside the home.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Benefits include paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes and assist with daily activities.
• Encourage skill-building and personal goals.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to promote independence.
• Follow and document care plans, report changes to supervisor.
