Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Part Time Caregiver in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Qualifications

• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Are 18 years of age or older.

Part Time Caregiver needed in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Community Resource Network of Florida, LLC is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

This is an independent contract position and pays $15.25 per hour.

Schedule: Fridays 10am-2pm or Saturdays 11:30am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities
• Ensuring the individual’s safety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events and community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• Complete daily progress notes
