Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Part Time Caregiver in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Are 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Ensuring the individual’s safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events and community outings.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.
