One You Love Home Care seeks dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to older adults and individuals who need assistance remaining safe and comfortable at home. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and families, delivering thoughtful, reliable care. Caregivers support independence and dignity, follow individual care plans, and report changes

Qualifications

• Current CNA license or Home Health Aide certification.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening/fingerprinting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia training.
• HIV/AIDS training.
• OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens training.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance.
• Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assisting with errands and transportation.
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Following each client’s individualized care plan.
• Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the office.
• Completing required shift documentation accurately.
• Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
