One You Love Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a caregiver, you'll help clients maintain their independence while providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving, home care, hospital, assisted living or nursing home experience preferred.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred (or state certification).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Help clients with mobility and safe transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when applicable.
• Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and infection control procedures.
• Clock in/out electronically and complete required documentation.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (if transporting clients)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers
• Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods as needed
