One You Love Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to older adults and individuals who need assistance remaining safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license or Home Health Aide certification.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening/fingerprinting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia training.
• HIV/AIDS training.
• OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens training.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance.
• Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assisting with errands and transportation.
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Following each client’s individualized care plan.
• Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the office.
• Completing required shift documentation accurately.
• Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
