One You Love Home Care in Lakeland, FL is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to older adults and individuals who need assistance staying safe and comfortable at home.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, hydration, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and adherence to care plans while maintaining client dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license or Home Health Aide certification.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening/fingerprinting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Alzheimer's and Dementia training.
• HIV/AIDS training.
• OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens training.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration
