Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA (Part Time) in State College, PA. The role involves providing quality care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting residents with mobility and mobility-related tasks.

You will perform housekeeping, respond to calls and emergencies, assist in activity planning, and maintain confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED and an approved CNA program are required, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Assist residents with move-in transition and provide emotional support.
