Harmony Senior Services, LLC in State College, PA is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities. You will support meals, mobility, and participate in activity programs while maintaining confidentiality and resident dignity.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and a state-approved PCA program. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable within 60 days.

Competenze

• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Assist residents to meals and activities, ensuring attendance and safety.
• Report incidents and status updates to supervisor and nursing staff.
