Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking caring caregivers to support residents with daily activities, foster relationships, organize social events, assist with meals, and maintain a safe, clean environment. The role offers stable shifts and on-site resources in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Compensation

• Caregiver: $19.50-$24/hour (based on experience)
• CNA: $21.50-$26.50/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

6am-10am shifts or 4:30pm-9pm shifts

How you will make an impact

• Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
• Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents
• Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested
• Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety

What you will need

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience
• Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire)
• Complete a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class (within 30 days of hire)
