Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Wind Crest in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role focuses on person-centered care, supporting residents across daily living activities and personal care plans.

The evening shift (7pm–11pm) offers part-time schedules with orientation requirements. A Colorado CNA certification is required, CPR preferred, and basic computer skills are expected.

Compensation

$21.50 to $26.50/hour (depending on experience and QMAP Certificate), plus $1 shift differential for 7pm-11pm

Schedule

7pm-11pm part time schedules available. Please note that you must be able to commit to one full week of orientation (Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm).

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
