Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. The role offers 12-hour day or night shifts with rotating weekends and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.
Compensation: $21.50 to $26.50 (max)/hour (depending on experience and QMAP Certificate), plus shift differentials
Schedule: 12 hour Day or Night shifts, rotating schedules with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required
Sign On: $1,500 sign on bonus for full time

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be available all year for employment
