Erickson Senior Living's Wind Crest community is seeking an entry-level team member to support dining services. The role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours with no late nights and opportunities to gain valuable experience in a senior-living setting.

compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience. We offer meals during shifts, scholarship opportunities, and growth prospects as we expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or service roles preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Able to work weekends/holidays and flexible hours.

• Assist residents and guests with dining services and menu knowledge.

How you will make an impact

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

What you will need

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills
