Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed (or equivalent)
• Experience caring for individuals with memory impairments preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Physically capable of walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Part Time, AM shift, every other Tuesday and Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday

Anticipated pay range

$18 - $22 USD
