Job summary

Silverado Frederick is seeking caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a memory care setting. You will provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships, and help residents with daily living activities in a safe, engaging environment.

Potentially part-time PM shifts with a pay range of $18–$22 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, tuition assistance, paid time off, and more. Must be reliable, compassionate, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or comparable.
• Experience caring for residents with memory impairments preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Effective communication in English.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, every other Tuesday and Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday
