Job summary

Silverado Frederick is seeking Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building in a team-focused environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and help maintain a safe, respectful setting while documenting changes for the nursing team. This part-time PM shift offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Schedule: Part Time, PM shift, every other Tuesday and Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday

Anticipated pay range

$18 - $22 USD
