Job summary

Right at Home Boston Northwest is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and Caregivers for flexible part-time or full-time roles in Acton and surrounding towns. You will support seniors with daily activities, meals, and companionship, while upholding safety and dignity.

Earn $18–$21 per hour with benefits including flexible scheduling, health options, retirement plan, and training opportunities. Background checks are required and CNA/HHA/PCA credentials are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable transportation to travel between clients.
• Background check required.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal prep, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
• Meet the needs of seniors with compassion and reliability.
