Right at Home in Acton, MA is seeking Home Health Aides and Caregivers with personal care experience for flexible part-time and full-time shifts. Join our award-winning caregiving team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in our community.

Shifts include mornings, days, and overnights with short or long hours to fit your schedule. Earn $18–$21 per hour plus benefits, paid training, and referral bonuses as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check required.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily activities including mobility, meals, hygiene and personal care.
• Provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors and team.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Reliable Transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required.
