Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, and you may accompany clients to community events to help grow personal goals beyond the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassion, dependable service, and strong communication. Training is provided, and the role can fit flexible schedules to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care and support to recipients.
• Help with skill-building activities and personal development goals.
• Accompany recipients to community activities and appointments.
• Follow care plans and document progress as needed.
