Job summary

EASTCONN’s Northeast Learning Center in Danielson, CT is seeking a part-time Head Case Manager to provide in-person and virtual career advisement and case management under the Manufacturing Pipeline Initiative (MPI) grant. The role requires independence, strong organization, and a results-driven approach.

The position entails enrollment activities, assessments, referrals, and coordination with training providers to help clients enter manufacturing careers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus three years related work experience.
• Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills required.
• Spanish speaking preferred; valid driver’s license and access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive career advisement and case management services to participants.
• Meet with clients and assess academic levels, skills, and service needs.
• Enroll, register, and track MPI participants; conduct enrollment workshops.
• Coordinate with training providers to ensure program goals are met.
• Support job development and OJT opportunities with the Job Developer.
• Maintain case notes and documentation in the system; meet deadlines.
