Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver in Wall, NJ to provide hands-on support with daily activities, follow ISPs, and foster a safe, dignified environment for residents. You’ll engage residents in conversation and activities while coordinating with families and care leaders to ensure consistent, compassionate care.

The role offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team focused on meaningful senior care at Sunrise Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
